Croatia, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, met Zoran Milanović, President
of the opposition Social Democratic Party of Croatia that leads the second largest
Deputy Faction in the Sabor.
The Parties discussed the role and place of the opposition in the democratic countries, and relations between the opposition and the authorities.
